Its a centre concerning cadres training on programs helping in lives&properties saving, through providing specialized training sessions in prevention& protection fields including health & environment to reduce accidents, disasters and diseases risks,” prevention is better than cure”.

As these programs are of great importance, one of the priorities of all the developed countries is to prepare plans& programs to help in reducing the risks of epidemics, fire accidents and environmental changes.

For the above mentioned reasons this work scope was recommended in most of the developed countries. But specialization in this field is rare.

  So Khartoum civil protection centre was the first training centre in Sudan concerning  training programs provision   to help in qualifying its members in civil protection field in specialized way through well qualified trainers providing extraordinary and useful training program, and training  researchers on research and quality methods and the bases of scientific writing as well, to integrate these programs so as to achieve civil protection and to promote research field to achieve civil protection.
